Yes, once you have purchased the eBook from us, it is yours. Please ensure to SAVE your digital item to your device when you received a download link from us.

Yes. You just need to sync with your bookshelf and download the book the first time. Once the book is downloaded onto your device, you can read them offline anytime anywhere!
Your digital item will be emailed to buyer’s email address usually within 12 hours (CST) on the weekdays. Email Delivery might or might not occur on the weekends and holidays. If you have NOT received your digital item after 12 hours from the time of purchase, please check the Spam/Junk folder or use "Contact Seller" feature to send us your message.
Download link(s) for your digital item will be sent to buyer’s email address. Please check your email to download and SAVE your digital item to your PC/device. If you do not find it in the Inbox, please check the Spam/Junk folder.
We wanted our buyers are aware of purchasing of the digital item. Therefore, all our digital items and their formats are clearly indicated in the Title of the Listing and on the face of the Listing Description. There are NO REFUNDS after the digital item has been emailed to buyers.
There is no replacement for physical paper book as we only sell digital books.
There are NO REFUNDS once the digital item – eBook, eTextbook, or other Digital Item – has been emailed to buyers. If your Digital Item arrived damaged or wrong item was sent, you will get replacement, however, this is rarely happened. If no replacement can be provided, you will get a full refund. If there is any problem in your order, please contact us using "Contact Seller" feature on our web-store. We always try to find the best solution to resolve any issues that you might have.
