When: Most Download Links are "IMMEDITATELY" Email-Delivered upon completion of successful payment. Where: (1) Download Button appears on Thank You page, and (2) Download Link is inserted "INSIDE" of the Buyer's Order Confirmation Email. If you have NOT downloaded/saved your Digital File, please check your Order Confirmation to obtain your Download Link & to save your Digital File to your device. NOTE: For "IMMEDIATE" download file orders, if you have requested to have download link to email to an alternate email address that you have entered in a "Notes" box during check-out. Such request will be "manually" e-delivered WITHIN 12-HOUR after purchase.
Download link(s) for your digital item will be sent to buyer’s email address. Please check your email to obtain the download link and to save your digital item to your PC/device. If you do not find it in the Inbox, please check the Spam/Junk folder.
We wanted our buyers are aware of purchasing of the digital item. Therefore, all our listings and the format of all items are clearly indicated in the Title of the Listing and on the face of the Listing Description. There are NO REFUNDS after completion of the order/purchase.
There is no replacement for physical paper book as we only sell digital books.
There are NO REFUNDS once the order/purchase has been completed. No refunds "after" purchased. If your Digital Item arrived damaged or wrong item was sent, you will get replacement; however, this is rarely happened. If no replacement can be provided, you will get a full refund.
